What We Expect From You

We expect our candidates to be completely open and honest with us at all times because it’s the only way we can build a mutually beneficial relationship with you.  Your career is just as important to us as it is to you.  Perhaps we can’t help you with the right career choice this time, but in a few months/years from now, we’ll be there to help you when you’re ready to move again.

We have high standards and expect the best of our candidates, just as you would expect the best from us.

Here are a few ideas on what we require from you:

  1. Take the time to send a detailed CV that has been carefully laid out and check for spelling, grammar, accurate dates (including months), etc.
  2. Disclose all relevant information relating to past and current employment – what you consider negative may not necessarily be the case in our view
  3. Keep us informed about any other job prospects you are currently looking at
  4. Always keep in mind that we’ll only contact you WHEN the right opportunity becomes available
  5. First impressions count. Your interview with our recruitment consultant is just as important as your interview with a potential employer. Be appropriately dressed and have clean copies of all your supporting documents, including driver’s license and ID as requested
  6. View our Consultant as your top client. We’re assessing your personal style of communication from the minute you make contact with any of our staff members because it reflects on how you would interact with our clients
