We have been building a “great candidate” talent pool across all industry sectors, mainly for the Gauteng region. We know that you move around every few years if you are not taken care of by your company, which is sometimes sadly the case. Positions become available quickly and frequently and great companies are always looking for great staff.
As soon as we have successfully completed our full screening and recruitment process, up to the face-to-face interview stage, we then list your CV onto our Candidate Database, ready for placing when the right opportunity comes up.
Yes, it may take a while for us to find you the right opportunity, but rest assured, when the right opportunity arises, you’ll be the first to know. You then decide if you would like to move on.
Please note: Once we have placed you at a company, our ethical code ofconduct prevents us from finding you another position. If for whatever reason you decide you would like to move on i.e. you decide that you and the manager don’t get on after all, we may then consider finding another position for you if and only if it is clear that the company we placed you with has not met their obligations to you. We will never approach you whilst in their employ, simply because we are committed to ethical business practices. Our reputation is worth far more.
