Candidate Screening Process at a Glance

  1. Apply online and attach your detailed CV
  2. We call you to discuss your requirements telephonically
  3. We then invite you for an interview at our offices.
  4. You will be required to complete and sign our formal application and indemnity forms as this is required to verify your CV details, confirm confidentiality relating to the positions we discuss, to gain permission for any credit, criminal and reference checks that our clients may request and to gain permission to send your CV out to our clients.
  5. Your interview will be conducted by a qualified IPSC Consultant. IPSC (Institute of Personnel Services Consultants) is an affiliated member of APSO.
  6. We assess all of our positions available against your profile, discuss it with you and put you forward for those suitable in terms of experience, strengths and remuneration.
  7. If there is nothing suitable immediately, we keep you on our Candidate Database and make contact with you as soon as the right opportunity becomes available.
