If we can’t find the right person, we would then not refer anyone rather than have you wade through endless inappropriate CV’s.

Totally Upfront Whether We Can Help or Not
We have a clear idea on current salary trends and the level of applicants we are positioned to attract. If we feel that what you are offering is not a good match for our services, we’ll advise you immediately instead of wasting your time and ours. We do not work on “commission based only” positions. As we offer far more than general recruiting and invest in our profiling, our fees are non-negotiable until we have placed at least 3 candidates with you!

Advertising
We design and place ads on the web and in various newspapers or specialist publications. We attract candidates that are currently in the market.

Intensive CV Screening
We receive on average 50 to 60 applicants per position. We carefully screen CV’s to ensure that we do not waste your time with interviewing applicants who do not meet your requirements.

Telephonic Interviews and Screening
We further screen candidates to assess their competencies, experience, self confidence, telephonic manner, salary expectations, history of employment etc.

Face to Face Interviews by Our IPSC (Affiliated member of APSO) Recruitment Consultants
Our recruitment consultants are all well qualified to interview potential candidates. We interrogate CVs, check employment history, verify achievements, etc. In other words we interview as if they were joining our team. This is when we use the info gathered at our visit to your premises to make sure there will be a perfect fit.

You will not be bombarded with tons of CV’s – only those of candidates who fit the profile and who can and will add value to your environment. Professionally presented CV’s are emailed to you.

Reference, Credit and Criminal Checks
We have a standard rule of at least two telephonic reference checks to accompany each CV. Credit, criminal and qualification checks are done (upon Clients request)
